Anyone have a good to use with chicken strips?
I just worked out so i don’t want something that is unhealthy. I know chicken strips arent all that healthy but still. I have cooked pasta already so if anyone has a recipe for that, that would be great. Thanks

Try using a shake and bake on real sliced chicken theighs or breast. That is better tasting—I hate those prefab chicken stips or fish. Do your own with the real thing.

if I am using chicken in a salad or pasta I prefer to boil my chicken. Otherwise it sometimes gets too tough.
Boil chicken and tear into small pieces; in a small skillet add small pat of butter; add small amount of onion, add green peas, mushrooms and any other veggies you have.

very briefly stir fry these, maybe 3 min total. Put chicken in pasta and dump skillet veggies over it.

    Stir and enjoy.
