31George Foreman Grill
0 comments
The George Foreman has got to be the best grill made to this day. This is something that I use at least once every single day. The grill is slanted and has a tray which catches the grease that it squeezes out of the food in which you are grilling. The first time I cooked with it, I was surprised how much grease came out of a hamburger. Not only that, but it also cooks food incredibly quick and keeps it moist and delicious.
This grill helps you reduce the amount of fat that you can get from your regular food as well as giving you a healthier alternative to eating certain foods like hamburger. No longer does it sit in its own grease.
I recommend everyone that is eating more healthy and wants to cut unnecessary things out of their food, to get one of these grills. If you have any recipes that you use with your George Foreman grill then please share them with us!

31Get Fechr'd
Since this website is new getting people here is hard and it is also a bit of a stumper to me. I haven't started out fresh with a website in so long that I hardly know where to start anymore. Until I saw something about this new site called Fechr which features one site a day and guarantees at least 100 hits. They feature your site on theirs by using iframes to show it. I really think this is a ingenious idea and can't wait to see how this site grows. It brings a whole lot less for me in the web site promotion department for this particular site if I were to get featured.
Check it out and maybe you can get fechr'd as well!

30Peach Tea Sherbet

When I first saw this recipe in the South Beach pamphlet that I got, I was instantly drawn to it. It seems so simple and yet so delicious. I have yet to try it, but cannot wait until I can. I imagine you can make any flavor as well, not just peach tea. So, mix it up a little. If you don't like peach tea, try many of the other flavors.
Ingredients
- 1 packet Crystal Light Peach Flavor Low Calorie Iced Tea Mix
- 3 cups fat-free milk
- 1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip Free Whipped Topping, thawed
Directions

>Spoon into 13x9 inch baking dish.
>Freeze 3 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer about 20 minutes before servingl let stand at room temperature to soften slightly.
