I love recipes that can be cooked in my George Foreman grill! So naturally I seek out recipes for it and found this one that sounds delicious and quick to make!INGREDIENTS
- 3 chopped orange segments
- 1/4 cup orange juice (no pulp)
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
DIRECTIONS
1. Place all ingredients into a Zip-Loc bag. Massage the bag for a minute or so. Put bag in the refrigerator for about an hour.
2. When desired time has passed, take out the bag and remove the chicken breasts. Grill chicken for around 4 to 8 minutes, or until juices run clear.
Serves 4

22Baked Tilapia and Fresh Spinach
Tilapia is such a good fish that I absolutely love it . I believe any fish lover would love this fish and you can cook it so many different ways. Here is a recipe I found on the internet with some fresh spinach. Have I mentioned I love spinach as well?INGREDIENTS
- 4 to 6 tilapia filets
- cooking spray
- 8 to 12 ounces baby spinach, cleaned
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- salt and pepper
- Creole seasoning blend
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
DIRECTIONS
1. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and add the spinach. If necessary to make the spinach fit it into the baking dish, steam or saute the spinach for a minute or two to wilt slightly.
2. Sprinkle spinach with salt and pepper and onion powder; add the chicken broth.
3. Sprinkle tilapia filets lightly with salt, pepper, and Creole seasonings. Arrange the filets over the spinach and sprinkle with chopped tomato and sliced green onion. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake at 350° for 25 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Apples are a fantastic and versatile fruit. It is natures toothbrush as well, you can't forget that! I love having apples in most of things. They are really healthy as well as really filling. What I like to do is put apples in my oatmeal in the morning. It gives it added flavor without added sugar or brown sugar. INGREDIENTS
- 1 red apple, cored and chopped
- 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped
- 1 nectarine, pitted and sliced
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 (8 ounce) container nonfat lemon yogurt
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl, combine red apple, Granny Smith apple, nectarine, celery, dried cranberries, and walnuts. Mix in yogurt. Chill until ready to serve.

13Yogurt-Bran Muffins
A muffin is a good and easy breakfast. These muffins are an excellent source of fiber!INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Fiber One® cereal
- 2 egg whites or 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free French vanilla yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries or blueberries
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat oven to 400°F. Place paper baking cup in each of 12 regular-size muffin cups, or grease
bottom of each muffin cup with shortening. Place cereal in resealable food-storage plastic bag;
seal bag and crush with rolling pin or meat mallet (or crush in food processor).
2. In medium bowl, stir together egg whites, oil and yogurt. Add cereal, flour, brown sugar, baking
soda and salt; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Gently stir in berries. Divide batter
evenly among muffin cups, filling each 3/4 full.
3. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan.
