I love french toast. I think I have made french toast more in this month than my entire life! I would rather be making french toast than looking up information on a micro sd. Ever wanted french toast but not wanted to blow your diet? Here is a recipe which is for a lighter version of french toast.
INGREDIENTS
1 large egg
2 egg whites
1 tbls. Sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt, optional
8 slices sandwich bread or 1 inch thick slices french bread
DIRECTIONS
In medium bowl, beat eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and salt with wire whisk or hand beater until well mixed. Pour into shallow bowl.
Heat oven to 500 degree F. spray 15x10x1 inch pan. heat pan in oven 1 minute; remove from oven arrange dipped bread in hot pan. Drizzle any remaining egg mixture over bread. Bake 5 to 8 minutes or until bottoms are golden brown; turn bread. Bake 2 to 4 longer or until golden brown.

21White bean tostada twist
There are a lot of delicious recipes out there on the world wide web! In fact, there are a lot of everything! From recipes to tape drives to information on everything in between. Well, I found a recipe called White bean tostada twist which sounds quite delicious. I decided to share it with you guys!
INGREDIENTS
Romaine Lettuce (salad), 1.5 cup, shredded
White Beans, 1/2 cup
*Rosarita no fat Traditional refried beans, 1/2 cup
Onions, raw, 1/4 cup, chopped
Shrimp, cooked, 3 oz
Corn Tortilla, 25 gram(s)
La Victoria Salsa Brava, Hot, 1.5 tbsp
DIRECTIONS
Heat refried beans.
Lay tortilla down, and top with part of onions, heated beans, lettuce, white beans, rest of onions, shrimp, & salsa.

09Triple-Berry Granola Crisp
Here is something that you can make for breakfast or a snack! A little frozen yogurt, fruit, and granola to start or end your day sounds divine! Try this recipe out from eat better america and see how it is.
INGREDIENTS
1 bag (8 oz) frozen blueberries
1 bag (10 oz) frozen strawberries
1 bag (10 oz) frozen raspberries
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups oats & honey granola
Vanilla reduced-fat ice cream or frozen yogurt, if desired
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat oven to 375°F. In ungreased 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish, mix frozen berries, sugar and flour until fruit is coated. Bake 20 minutes.
2. Stir. Sprinkle with granola.
3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until light golden brown and bubbly. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Serve warm with ice cream.

07Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken
While browsing the internet for modern bedroom furniture I came across something awesome. I don't remember how I went into looking at food but that always seems to happen with me. Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken is the name of this recipe. It seemed a little bit different. Different is a good thing.
INGREDIENS
Brown Sugar, 4 tsp unpacked
Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces
Garlic, 1 clove
Butter, salted, 2 tbsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Pepper, black, 1 dash
DIRECTIONS
1. Melt the butter in a frying pan
2. Brown the garlic in the butter
3. Add chicken breasts to garlic and butter and cook thoroughly, adding salt and pepper as you like it.
4. When chicken is fully cooked add brown sugar on top of each breast
5. Allow the brown sugar to melt into the chicken (about 5 minutes)
6. Serve with your favorite carb, and veggie or salad.
