Cue the music! Do you like Pina Colada? Ok, ok, I won't put you all through the torture of my singing. The question still stands though, do you? I love the tropical taste of Pina Colada's. This drink is awesome for breakfast or a snack. Maybe anytime of day. This does not have the alcohol in it nor the calories! But it does have the taste!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup fresh, canned or frozen pineapple (frozen is best)
1 cup vanilla almond milk (or your favorite soymilk)
1 tablespoon Barlean's lemon-flavored flaxseed oil
1 tablespoon sugar-free coconut syrup
