19Stir Fry Cabbage

Ahh cabbage. The lonely vegetable that most people (like myself) do not think about very often. I always look at it in the store and think what I could do with it. Nothing comes to my mind. This recipe puts it to use and sounds delicious. You can also serve this over some rice and make it a tad more filling. It is not hard to make at all and seems to be quick as well! Give it a try and don't pass up the cabbage next time.
INGREDIENTS
1 Head of Cabbage
1 Pound Steak (I prefer flank)
Roughly 4 TS soy sauce (Depends on you)
Optional salt and pepper to your taste
DIRECTIONS
1. Cut steak into bite size pieces and place in skillet to simmer.
2. Slice cabbage into smaller pieces (whatever size you want to eat)
3. Add Cabbage and soy sauce to the pan once the meat starts to cook.
4. When the meat is done cooking your meal is ready.
