I love Kashi and their products. I have yet to go outside of the free samples they give and buy them, but I do love getting the samples. Their food is good for you and delicious as well. Everyone loves free samples and trying something new so instead of a recipe I'm giving the url for a free sample at something that is good. Go to the Kashi website to get your free snack. I've gotten their granola bar and cereal samples in the past. They are delicious.
