Thanksgiving is coming up this month so we will be trying to bring you the healthiest Thanksgiving dinner recipes. Let's kick this month off with one of my favorite dishes of Thanksgiving. Cranberry Sauce!!INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup apple or orange juice
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 grated orange rind
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix cranberries, juice, and honey in a pot. Cook on low heat for about 5 minutes, until cranberries
pop. Remove from heat
2. Stir in orange rind and 1/2 cup of whatever you like.
3. Let cool at room temperature, then refrigerate or can.
