There are times that you want a snack and you want it sweet but you still want to be healthy about it. I know when I want something sweet and I am eating healthy, I do not want to grab a candy bar, a cookie, or something that will make me guilty afterwards. This recipe will give you the sweetness you crave and healthiness you deserve! Calories per serving: 97
Ingredients:
- 1 red grapefruit
- 2 packets of Splenda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Preheat broiler.
Using a knife, section the grapefruit... Then scoop the fruit and juice into a separate bowl.
Scrape out the extra membrane in the grapefruit shell. Place fruit and juice back into each grapefruit half. Sprinkle Splenda & Cinnamon on top of fruit and place under broiler for about 5 minutes or until the fruit is heated through.
