19Ugh, so tired
0 commentsI just got finished working for about 12 hours today. I am utterly exhausted. I don't know what is more exhausting. Going out and working 8 hours on my feet or working 12 hours on my butt. No wait, I do know! It's my butt! Well, I think I am going to look into the best weight loss pill and probably take the dog out and go to bed. So tired...bed is calling!

19Starting up again
I am actually going to start exercising again. It is funny because I run this website and I have a website devoted to my diet and I have not updated it. Why? Because I fell off the wagon unfortunately. My sister and I are going to start doing Tae Bo tomorrow. Monday through Friday. We are going to do this the right way and not use fat burners. If you need to use fat burners though, no problems! Whatever works!

19A treat for you
When you are trying to work out and eat right then you have to be able to treat yourself. If you don't treat yourself to something special from time to time then you will not stick with it! The best thing while you start getting into your sexy new skin is to get some body jewelry to show off. Whether it is a new piercing or an old one which you want to show off now, it is something that I think everyone should do. I used to have a goal of getting my belly button re-pierced but now I am having second thoughts.

14Shoes are important
The type of shoes you are wearing or you do wear are very important. They actually can hurt your back or help it. Asgi shoes are an awesome brand of shoes and they are not that expensive. You should be wearing a nice good running shoe when you are out running or exercising. Make sure it supports your feet. I learned yesterday that unsupportive shoes don't help matters of exercising.

14Gourmet Caramel Apples
Halloween is just around the corner. Whether you are a traditional person and like to just go out and trick or treat or if you like to go out of town and go to some las vegas hotels then gourmet caramel apples are still just for you. Why not make your own and impress your family and friends?
INGREDIENTS
5 large Granny Smith apples
wooden craft sticks
1 (14 ounce) package individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped
2 tablespoons water
7 ounces chocolate candy bar, broken into pieces
2 tablespoons shortening, divided
1 cup colored candy coating melts
DIRECTIONS
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Dip apples into boiling water briefly, using a slotted spoon, to remove any wax that may be present. Wipe dry, and set aside to cool. Insert sticks into the apples through the cores.
2. Line a baking sheet with waxed paper and coat with cooking spray. Place the unwrapped caramels into a microwave-safe medium bowl along with 2 tablespoons of water. Cook on high for 2 minutes, then stir and continue cooking and stirring at 1 minute intervals until caramel is melted and smooth.
3. Hold apples by the stick, and dip into the caramel to coat. Set on waxed paper; refrigerate for about 15 minutes to set.
4. Heat the chocolate with 1 tablespoon of shortening in a microwave-safe bowl until melted and smooth. Dip apples into the chocolate to cover the layer of caramel. Return to the waxed paper to set.
5. Melt the candy melts in the microwave with the remaining shortening, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Use a fork or wooden stick to flick colored designs onto your apples for a finishing touch. Refrigerate until set, overnight is even better.
