10Boston Bean Salad
Bean salads can be very good if you do it right. I am not the biggest fan of beans but like I said, if it is done right then I can love them. I do not like huge beans that are like horse supplements! This recipe sounds like it can be a really good salad and it does not have any beans that I totally hate. Score one for this salad.

15-oz cooked kidney beans, drained and rinsed
15-oz cooked black beans, drained and rinsed

10Travel Trail Mix
Trail mix is a good snack to keep on hand. It is even better when you are able to make it yourself in your own kitchen. You can practically put anything that you want in there but keep it healthy. If you overload it with chocolate things such as m&m's or chocolate chips it will defeat the purpose of it being a healthy snack!

02Sweet Tea
Here is a recipe for sweet tea. Sweet tea is a healthier drink than soda although it still contains some sugar. It has fewer calories by far than a glass of soda. I have never made sweet tea before because I thought there was more to it than what this recipe calls for. I guess there isn't much to it. So, when you're craving something sweet and delicious, whip up some of this tea to quench your thirst.
INGREDIENTS
9 Lipton Tea bags
Gallon of water
Cup of sugar
DIRECTIONS
Take tabs off of 9 tea bags and tie the strings together.
Bring 1 qt of water to boil. Remove from heat and add tea bags.
Steep for five minutes. Remove tea bags (do not squeeze bags).
Place brewed mix and 1 cup sugar in gallon container.
Fill with water, mix well and refrigerate.

31Original Crepes
I always thought that a crepe was hard to make. That it was more than just egg, flour, and milk. I guess I was dead wrong. Here is an original crepe recipe that I swear anybody can do. In fact, sometime soon I am going to try it out.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup low-fat milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons melted butter
DIRECTIONS
Whisk flour, eggs, milk and water together in a large bowl. Mix in salt and melted butter. Batter should be pretty thin. If it's too thick, add a little bit more butter until runny.
Heat a frying pan to medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray. When pan is warm, spoon out a ladle full of batter and pour into the middle of the pan. Pick up the pan by the handle and rotate until the batter runs to the very edges forming a thin layer batter over bottom of pan. Let cook for about a minute to a minute and a half or until golden brown; flip and cook on the other side.
Fill crepe with your favorite filling such as yogurt, fruit or jams and enjoy!
