I am actually going to start exercising again. It is funny because I run this website and I have a website devoted to my diet and I have not updated it. Why? Because I fell off the wagon unfortunately. My sister and I are going to start doing Tae Bo tomorrow. Monday through Friday. We are going to do this the right way and not use fat burners. If you need to use fat burners though, no problems! Whatever works!

When you are trying to work out and eat right then you have to be able to treat yourself. If you don't treat yourself to something special from time to time then you will not stick with it! The best thing while you start getting into your sexy new skin is to get some body jewelry to show off. Whether it is a new piercing or an old one which you want to show off now, it is something that I think everyone should do. I used to have a goal of getting my belly button re-pierced but now I am having second thoughts.

Living healthy and eating right is only one way to improve your lifestyle. There are some people out there who need more than just to eat right. Some people need more help such as getting into drug rehab and alcohol rehab. Your life is worth a lot more than you would believe. You should not do drugs. Then again there are some people who start on great paths and could have become something great and drugs will suck them in. Amy Winehouse is one that is popular. She is going down a slippery slope and will probably end up overdosing somewhere. Get the help you need! Work on you!

Horrible pick up lines are used daily, right? They should not be but they are! The worst one that I have seen is, "I've gotta thirst, baby, and you smell like my Gatorade." First, ew. I hate Gatorade! Anyway, this was not a pick up line used on me. In fact, I do not recall having one of these horrible pick up lines ever used on me. Except for the time my husband said, "Your name must be daisy because I can see myself in your pants!" Yeah, I don't know either! Well, don't use these type of pick up lines people!
