Do you know a great thats quick for a college student?
I’m always on the run and I tend to start eating unhealthy during midterms and finals examination time. I need some quick easy healthy, but that I can make to keep me from settling for taco bell, jack n’ the box, KFC, or other sorts of fast food places that is clogging up my arteries!

Seriously. These have saved my life/my waistline during this years finals.
Buy a thing of cereal and keep a few baggies around for when you have to run without having time to eat. I am a big fan of the kashi Go!Lean crunch for snacking on.

    If you have a crock pot, make some meals in there, you can make your food the night before, put your crock on in the morning, turn it on and come home to a nice hot meal. Soup, chili, etc. Then you will a lot of leftovers to refrigerate for later. You can even get those premade crock pot meals. You just warm them up. To make them healthier, add some extra veggies.

    Pick up a salad on the way home and you will have a great meal.

    Lowfat popcorn is a great snack, high in fiber. Yogurt is healthy too.

    BTW…thanks for spelling college correctly. It frustrates me when I see people in college or aspiring to go to college who spell it wrong.
