@5posom I can’t even do one pushup…. so I am positive I could never even hold 10 pound weights with one hand each lol. :(
i used 10kg thumbells did it 3 times i’m 1m88 and i weight before the exercise 79 now i weight 78,3 it’s a killer workout but to get muscles asswel u should do these and bench presses

@inshape4u i wouldnt unless u got tiny hands cause the handle is way to small to hold and flip around and what not so its best if you just go to walmart and get some dumbells
this is a gooo way , but to lose weight is jus eating rite and not a lot of calories and excercise and burn more calories then yu ate

@laz0rer diet pills aren’t great for you but if you take care of yourself and find the right supplements they dont have to have bad side effects.

I actually did this work out last summer for 2 weeks. It actually works I lost 5 pounds the first week and 4 the second week. I repeated the exercise 3 times a day and did it 5 days a week. I rested on Sat-Sun. 9 pounds for 2 weeks good stuff..
ok i did these for 1 day…imma die now lol 7 days a week doin this???? i rather do a hard diet….till i lose sum weight then do sum regular Push ups and sit ups lol
The formula to weight loss is easy…Eat less & exercise more! If you remember this on your weight loss journey it’ll be a piece of cake* (which you can? eat but not the whole damn thing. lol.) Now put the rest of those chips and dip down and bust a sweat!!! (5-6 days a week for 1 hour!! Add resistance training and interval cardio sessions and you’ll see your body change quickly. Don’t eliminate nothing from your diet.. just eat less of it.
