The Head That Controls Both Right and Left Sides Eats Meats and Slobbers Even Today

Album Description
“Bleach 03 show the rare ability to play hardcore that is melodically driven without being emo, screamo, or even remotely pop-punk.” — TINY MIX TAPES

“Kanna, Miya, and Sayuri waste no time raising Canaan once again, conjuring their barrage of marginally refined garage rock that has earned the girls from Okinawa a small cult following.” — SEA OF TRANQUILITY

“Get blasted by three tiny Okinawan girls … They hit this death metal stride that was sprung from the loins of Death Angel or The Melvins and maintained this pace for thirty brutal minutes … Collect your broken teeth, eardrums, and stereotypes and proceed to the back. Super highly recommended.” — METROACTIVE SAN JOSE

Bleach 03 is made up of three young Japanese girls who shred like Primus meets Slayer, with female shrieks and melodies scattered about. It has been an internationally touring band for several years, shocking audiences in the UK, Japan, and all over the US. The group’s newest CD, The Head That Controls Both Right and Left Sides Eats Meats and Slobbers Even Today, displays strength and maturity while retaining the excitement and rambunctious attitude of a new band. The disc is very well conceived, and the songs are catchy, hard-hitting, and precise. Anyone who has ever seen the band live will tell you that Bleach 03 is the fastest, loudest, and most brutal Japanese girl band that ever seen, and this CD is a firm representation of that chaotic, powerful idea.

I saw these 3 little Japanese girls play live for the first time back in 2005 and they blew my mind. I never expected that kind of sound from them. This new CD is awsome and I have been listening to it non-stop. The production quality has greatly improved over their previous CD’s as well. Sayuri and her precise and hard drumming, Miya and her wicked growels, screams and mad skills on the bass, and the sexy Kanna with her lightning fast fingers and her left eye twitching as she sings into the mike have created a masterpiece to showcase their skills. But still, the CD alone doesn’t do them justice in the least bit. It’s in their live performances where their true skills shine through and get the audience hooked like crack fiends. Definately buy the CD but you gotta see them play live!!!

Wow i thought i never see the day! it’s been a few years since there last album came out BLEACH03 but this album i have to admit shames there first US realease. buy far the drummer still has kicks to pull out, the bassist still has the quality play of the bass player of primus, a long with the new polished guitar skills they implemented. the first track i recommend is well THE FIRST TRACK, you can not stop listining to the album for days. one of the great bands that come out of japan now. though i was sad when the the US version won’t have the DVD the original japan realease had, but hey i got info that they got one of the videos on to the album so it’s still a good buy (plus you won’t see the video on itunes so still a good reason to buy the album “just find bargains”) BLEACH03 is a definite band to check out ^_^
