Can you please comment on this? I have finished my phase 1 period, but I don’t want to move on to phase 2 because I don’t want to give up my snacks! Is there any reason why I cannot stay on phase 1 indefinitely? I love the fresh veggies and lean meats, and I don’t really care if I eat bread or desert. I am a male 5′9″ and weigh about 150LBS.
