@blinkblinkblinkkdd it keeps it moist
why not add the tomato sauce and cheese in the oven above the rest?
Yum looks fabulous, can’t wait to try it at home
Glad you are liking it. Juan
I just discovered your channel. great recipes!!!
Thank you for the kind words. I believe in making things easy for people to follow, and I am glad you are getting much from my videos. Please let others know about the channel. Thanks, Juan
You have some of the best healthy recipes on youtube. I also like your simple and easy to follow cooking methods — I actually started baking my chicken breasts (I eat about a lb a day) on 400 F for 20-22 minutes just like you do. Before, I would bake at lower temperatures for longer without consistent results.
Thanks again for the recipes, they are great.
oooo that looks good :)
i’ll try it for sure
I am glad you like them. I am here doing the things I really enjoy doing.
It is great to be acknowledged for doing what you love.

I like the way this video was made. Well done. The smooth jazz in the background adds a nice touch.
As for the recipe, it’s going straight to my favorites. Thanks for uploading this. Not only did I get a great recipe, I listened to some nice jazz.
Five stars for sure!

This looks great, thanks…….
I will be trying this recipe especially because it’s super easy! Thank you :)
This is definitely a recipe I’ll be using. I’ll attempt it for dinner tomorrow.
Thanks for your kind words. I really don’t count calories. I use the portion method. Allot Easier! But if you notice, the recipe is very basic ingredients;
all in the low fat /low sugar range. Hope that helps.

Looks so good and I can probably make it. How much fat and calories?
