@FutureLaugh I use the low-sodium cans. This is just a quick way to make beans, the best is to soak dry beans and then cook.

Thank you for your suggestions and observations. I normally add the ingredients list at the beginning of my videos, but I forgot on this one, My Bad.

I did not show the soaking of the beans because, this recipe is for an easy and quick recipe for black beans.

cilantro was for garnish, not in the recipe, that is why it is not in the ingredients list.

Hope that answers your questions and thank you for your time to comment.

Two suggestions: Voiceover what ingredients you’re adding instead of that maudlin music so that people don’t have to go to your website to search for them.

Show the whole process including how to soak and cook the beans since those are dead easy tasks that you should encourage people to do first instead of starting with cans. Then, “by the way, you can use canned beans too”.

Is that cilantro on top of the final product? Looks great. It’s not in the ingredient list though.

You are correct! I just wanted to show a quick version that still tastes good and is good for you.

I rekon its even better if pressure cooking or cooking from dried beans would be even more tasty
