tell her that your sick of fast food
and try making your own food……….so you can control what you eat.

    well you have a situation
its hard to commit to a diet, esp. when you are tempted.
if you get home befroe she does, try cooking a healthy meal at least 3-4 days a week. then she wont have to worry about getting food and it will be there the when she gets home. have a food schedule where she cooks one day and you cook another. and keep a food log of the things you eat.
i hope this helps and good luck!

Get the book “Eat This, Not That” it tells you what to eat at various fast food places and sit down places like chilis

The next time you are at the doctor’s office ask him to talk to her. Obviously she is too lazy to make the effort to prepare healthy meals. She doesn’t value either her own health or yours.

Ask her to get Subway sandwiches instead of the normal fast food. It is much healthier for you.
