How can I know which quantity of which healthy food is the best to eat a day?

For example how many black raisins, how many nuts, how much honey etc… Maybe there is some site on this. I just don’t want to overeat even healthy food.

You could look at the food pyramid. That would be a start. Also, serving sizes on packages are pretty acurate.

Yeah look on the packaging or the food pyramid.

Bread, Cereal, Rice & Pasta — 6 to 11 servings*
Vegetables — 3 to 5 servings*
Fruit — 2 to 4 servings*
Milk, Yogurt & Cheese — 2 to 3 servings*
Meat, Poultry, Fish, Dry Beans, Eggs & Nuts — 2 to 3 servings*
Fats, Oils & Sugars/Sweets — 0 to 1 servings*

*Per Day

Google the Vegetarian Food Pyramid. It wont tell you how many raisins or nuts per se but says how many servings you should eat from each food group to be healthy.
