How do I lose my taste for and regain my appetite for ?
I recently moved and during the first week of the move we didn’t have any groceries, so my mom constantly bought panda express and pizza which reawakened my taste for unhealthy food. And now I don’t really find healthy food appetizing anymore. Which is bad cause I’ve been eating healthy for nearly 3 years now.
