hey man i see that you understand about how to make a guy became a bull, i train 7 days a week running 30 minutes in 11.5 km/h at the gym walker without rest, when i finish the 30 minutes i go to the bike and make 10 minutes, 1 minute on HARD and rest 30 sec on EASY over and over again ’till make the 10 minutes i just want to know if i can loss my belly fat before June 25th i’m a 16 years old guy with 5.9 feet and 143 pouds if i keep doing that trainning can i reach my goal? give me your opinion

how to do get rid of huge thighs? If you’re working doing chest work outs. Will my body look deformed like I’ll have a ripped torso but fat legs like a hoochie mama?
I’ve started this 50 day challenge and I’m doing jump rope for my interval routines……….do I need to increase the time???………..I use your jumping jacks/ski steps vidoes for my jump rope workout.

Exercise your abs like every other day. There are lots of videos on here to help with that. But here’s what you NEED to know. Abs are made in the kitchen. You have to eat lean meats, vegetables and low carbs. If you’re not doing that, then situps and crunches would be a waste of time.
