    $3.59lb for 80% fat free ground beef? Wow. Here in Denver I get mine for $2.35lb!

    Nice vid,!

    Nice to see these kinds of budgeting vids. Kinda reminds me of my weekly hauls. I’d go easy on your RDA of mercury from the tuna though, or you’ll become a walking thermometer. Try to mix it up with some canned Pacific salmon, or even (gasp) sardines.

    You apparently have more willpower than I do – you bought no snacks. A downfall I’m still trying to work on.

    Can anyone message me about this, im skinny and tall and i need to get pretty big, any suggestions like how to eat alot and get big?

    Broccoli with long and hard stalk weighs more and cost more. Try those with short stalks save some mulah.

    Oat-meal tip: make it yourself using milk, wheat-grains and a little bit of salt.
    Top it with cinnamon, sugar, butter and raisins and you have awesomeness.

    (1.5 dl of wheat, 5 dl of milk)

    What do you do with 1.75 pounds of beef?? Form it into 1/4 pound chunks and bake it?? That’s disgusting!! I like the concept of the video but it needs some major revamping.. How chicken is not included in this video is just mindbottling..

    This isn’t bad at all. Good vid. In lean times, i ate MUCH worse than this and survived. A store loyalty card and some coupons to cut the bill down a bit. Would like to see the day to day menu he prepared with these items.

    For the record, any intelligent person would buy their refrigerated foods on the way OUT of the supermarket.

    @imfromnature

    if you can’t eat natural fruits and bread then that’s nature’s way of saying there’s something wrong with you.

    this is a relatively healthy diet, although he could have more complex carbs.

  22. guseres

    I didn’t see any butter! Butter is the best food for bulking up period.

  23. neurosci
