    Actually, you don’t have to diet as such in order to lose weight, the sole method which definitely showed results for me was wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box below, they have a limited number of free trials in stock, it was reported in Reader’s Digest and CNN. I worked off 25 pounds, it definitely does produce success!

    yes you will, but you should add little more exercise

    If you eat right then yeah you can lose weight. You have to cut out all of the sugars and saturated fats in your diet, as well as eating about 5-6 times a day to help your metabolism.

    But if you want to speed up weight loss, always try to get exercise… 30 minutes a day is best

    You’ll lose weight, but very very slowly

    add in some more cardio and the weight will just melt right off

    Eating right will help you become healthier, even if you can’t find time to work out. It may or may not help you lose weight; it depends on your calorie intake and type of diet.

    yes it is effective, you will lose weight. if you eat very well. if you exercise at least a total of 30 minutes every other day that will help you lose it even faster. but it depends mainly on how fast you walk. if you are walking slowly then it will not help that much.

    takes no exercise to lose weight if calorie intake is lower than bodys daily calorie needs.
    i lost 30lbs and only lifted weights for 30mins. 3x a week. i really don’t like to exercise but am willing to do a little. eating less is 10x easier than exercising more.
    //how i did it. 5meals of 200 to 400cals about every 3hrs for a total of between 1300 and 1500cals a day for 5 months. 210lbs to 180lbs.@ 6′.

    “Eating right” doesn’t really mean that you are burning more calories than your body needs though. So you may not lose any weight, or you may just lose a little bit over a long period of time.. something that you or other people won’t really notice. You should try to increase your exercise to maybe 45 minutes to an hour a day… 4-5 times a week to see more drastic results of weight loss.
