Im starving! I’m an a low-calorie diet. What can i eat right now for dinner? Would salmon and salad be good? How many calories does that have? Thank you so much!

    I know from another question that you asked that you are not quite 15. Let me tell you that any diet at this time of your life, especially a low calorie one, is BAD.

    If you want to do a diet, talk to your parents about the South Beach diet (minus phase one since a low carb diet would hurt your developing body). It’s balanced and stresses GOOD FOODS instead of depriving your body of what it really needs.

    Salmon and salad is a good choice. Make sure the dressing is low calorie and put it on the side. Just tip your fork in it to get the dressing on your fork before you spear a piece of salad. This way you’ll get the dressing taste but eat a minimal amount of it.

    Depends on how you cook the salmon.Grilling or baking is fine and watch what you mariate it in for a tblsp of olive oil has 120 calories.Lemon or a dry rub is good.watch what goes on the salad and dressing.Vegetables are great but tons of cheese and meats and dressing have tos of calories.
    But wonderful idea for dinner depending on a few things..
