man! Its good to see Don “The Dragon” Wilson. He was my hero in the early 90′s. Grew up watching his movies.

  5. cosnowmomma

@PhePhiHearMeSpeak you can make soups in a blendtec or vita mix that heats up the soup with centrifical force of the blades, it heats very slow and not hot enough to destroy the vitimans and live enzymes so its concidered Raw.

using cinnamon and ginger heats up the body, but I totally feel you on that one. Plus you can warm up your food in the dehydrator too (like raw cookies, pies, oatmeal, and soups).

if no raw food is cooked..wht do you do in the winter? i live in chicago and i’s hate to give up a hearty soup in the winter or when i am sick..

    ARE YOU SERIOUS. HE’S 54?

That is BEYOND crazy. I know I can’t see perfect quality over the internet…but he looks like he’s in his early 30′s…wow.

yes, unrefined (non-toasted) sesame oil is a lot more bland. I get an overpowering flavor blast from toasted sesame oil too. You may want to mix them to balance the flavor.

  18. Nibbit

I find that regular sesame oil is very yummy =). Matter of opinion of course, but its definatly not overpowering to me.
