    @jershey4shore do thos, lay on your back , bands flat under your ass (palms downwards) and lift your legs up abou 15 degrees, hold 30 seconds, then start movin your legs up and down (just a little) and do that for 30 seconds, then do the first one for 30 seconds and that’s you done killesd me first time I did it, I did more though, you can also do a running motions while laying back like that, basically its “stand, walk, run, walk stand,” only with your feet 15 degrees off the floor

    Leg raises are by far the best ab exercise out there. That being said, you get abs by losing enough fat, and you don’t get that from ab exercises.

    You get it from doing cardio, eating right and developing all major muscle groups so they burn fat and improve your metabolism.

    <— I have a video in my channel for whoever wants to develop abs. Seriously, if you’re trying to get abs (or just a flat stomach), you should watch it. It will definitely save you from some misconceptions.

    @sandiegozfineztthug The key thing to remember is that your stomach/abs will be one of the hardest parts to maintain why? Because most of what you eat ends up in that area. If you want that six pack you will need to sacrifice and stay determined. There are a million diets you can choose from to what fits you. Good luck and don’t give up. It’s a process and it takes time.

    @sandiegozfineztthug If you are trying to rush progression then you are having high expectations to what you are not willing to do. If you want to achieve your goal go on a lean diet. No you do not have to eat a lot of salads to achieve your goal. You need fat to burn but good fat. Atleast keep your saturated fats to a bare minimum. Search the internet for cutting diets or lean diets and keep exercising.

    i want to start a good diet and disregard the pressure, but i dont want to go vegetarian or give up all the carbohidrates, is there some thing better than eating 5 meals a day and cutting down my carbohydrates you know the common resources to slimming?? or is these more complex than i think???

    hey whats up man i am also a san diego resident,i been watching youre videos and they are a great source of information. Since i can remember i been trying to slim my stomach but because i let my self get push by the pressure of over masculine ideas that eating salads and having a diet is for girls i dont get the results i want, so for these reason i’ve been excesively exercising and consuming lots of proteins concluding that my body type does not burn fat and calories quick so my question is–

    I’ve come to the conclusion that I’m just a lazy fuck. There are so many things I can do to better my health as far as exercise, and I just don’t do it, I make excuses. I gotta stop this lazy shit…I’m to young to be this lazy lol!
