    u should try it. it should help. my dad had a tight and stiffed back too. but when we started eating to our blood type his back stopped hurting after a lil while. so it might help for u too.

    Hey wats up dude?? i have a question do u always feel tired and sleepy?? Im sick and tired of feeling tired and sleepy its affecting my life. wats a good drink I could have for A type that will make me feel good?? I also I dont want 2 lose weight Im happy with it. Im 170 swimming type of body. Is protein shakes good?? Last question u never had any muscle problems before ur diet?? My friend told my immune system has been damaged. Do u think its true??

    Hey wats up bro, Im type A. I do swimming and weight lifting almost every day. Im sick and tired of feeling lazy, tired, and tight. MY NECK, back, and shoulders are so tight and stiffed. I always have headaches. I dont know if its from the food. I been this way for more the 1yr. I also had stomach in the past. if i start a diet i will feel better ???plz HELP!!

    I’m also type A and am just learning about Eat Right 4 Your Type diet. I am going to try , but it breaks my heart to have to give up beer!
    Do you eat any red meat at all? Any chicken or turkey?

    about six months, breakfast… oat meal with a ton of blueberries ….lunch.. ezekiel bread with p.b & j and/or lentil soup…dinner rice with cooked broccoli and yellow onions..

    Hey bud, Im type A and have become involved in a 50% Type A diet…

    I have given up milk and cheese and red meat totally, usually eat fish meat tho…

    Eggs are a bit hard to give up tho…

    How long have you been on the diet and whats your regular daily meal routine?
