Ok so I stay up until about 4am usually because I am a student that does homework best in the AM and I don’t have early classes. I really like to eat late a night right before I go to bed, it is my favorite time to eat. I know this isn’t good for me but I want to know how bad it is for me weight wise and health wise.
I am a 19 year old male, fairly skinny with relatively fast metabolism.

Basically, the food is sitting in your stomach and rotting. You want to eat at least three hours before bedtime. Your stomach needs to rest as well. Your stomach will not be churning and metabolizing food during sleep hours.
Don’t listen to people who say you cannot eat before a specific time. It is not true. Especially if you are trying to gain weight, it is better for you to eat whenever you can as long as you get exercise. You can eat anything, the only limitations is how much since it would cause you to stay awake.
My fiance does that all the times he was eat his food before he go to bed, it’s 1am but he was came home like 1am then eat his food then until late he went to bed…but I just though it’s will be very healthy if you eat healthy food like cereal, eat apple, fruits, cracker like that…don’t eat with JUNK food then it’s will make you fat and it’s not healthy…
