   I would love to eat like you but it takes me forever to finish a salad! Plus, my jaw starts to hurt from all the chewing. Smoothies and juices are much more convenient? for me, especially since I work 10~12 hours a day with no breaks.

   You mentioned you are a fruitarian and eat mostly? fruit. How do you feel about someone whose blood sugar needs to be regulated? Do you think it is ok for them to be on a raw food diet in the begining comsuming mostly fruit or do you think they should eat mostly vegetables and later increase fruit as blood sugar regulates?

   I have seen colloidal silver make people very very sick. I have worked in detox clinics for years and have had to detox many poor souls from the terrible effects of colloidal silver. Remember nature never isolates chemicals and she delivers them in perfect combination’s buffering them for the human body. If nature didn’t make it I do not trust it.? She is very intelligent….JMHO :)
