
What foods should I eat right before I run the mile?
I have lunch right before gym, and I have to run the mile tomorrow. I was just wondering what foods I should eat that won’t give me side aches or make me feel sick. And there’s no way that I can’t eat because then I’ll feel hungry the rest of the day, and there’s no way I can eat earlier because I have a designated lunch period, and that’s right before I have gym.

A real light kind of food. like an apple or some kind of fruit. drink lots of water also

eat some fruit, don’t drink milk, don’t eat any sort of sweets, maybe like a granola bar. drink like water instead
you should eat some carbs like pasta and bread to give you energy. and peanut butter also gives you energy without making you crash later like candy or chocolate will.

Anything really healthy and light.. Apples are light and tasty :)
buy/take a sandwich and eat it after. if you throw up what you do eat it wont do you any good. it will also slow you down. drink LOTS of water starting NOW. eat a good breakfast and then stay awake through all your classes no matter how tempting sleep is. warm up good, stretch and have fun running!
Eat like a sandwich or maybe a banana and drink water..Make sure you’re hydrated though.
I would say a banana, or granola.
you dont eat before a run. It sends all the blood to your stomach for digestion instead of the muscles where you need it, and it also gives you a stomachache
Eat a double chocolate cake, ice cream, chocolate muffins, pop tarts, cookies, pizza, bosco sticks, pop, and your grandmother’s big fat toe!!

im gonna eat the pasta if they have any and get a banana if there is one.
