
What healthy food could you eat that will keep you satisfied till afternoon?
Please help me! I have to get up at 6:00 in the morning and my lunch time at school is 1:00. I need a HEALTHY food that will keep me satisfied till then.

Oatmeal. You will have to find ways to spice it up every now and then. Try using honey to sweeten it. Try putting different fruits in it (bananas, strawberries, etc.). It is healthy, filling and will keep you satisfied for a long time.

3 egg whites, a piece of toast with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on it, and two Morningstar sausage patties. Morningstar makes a whole line of veggie products like veggie patties, veggie sausage patties, chicken patties, etc..and they are all healthy and taste so good..the sausage patties taste exactly like regular sausage.
Anyway, that will be 435 calories, 14 grams of healthy fat, 30 grams of carbs, and 43 grams of protein.
Or a whole wheat bagel toasted with a serving of fat free cream cheese.
That would be 270 calories, 2 grams of fat, 51 grams of carbs, and 14 grams of protein.
