It’s almost swim-suit season! Time to eat right and exercise…which I’m not the best at! Mind helping me out a bit? :)

Have you worked out today?
@ the 15 second point, sitting on places your not suppose to sit on ?
how about my face next time ?
@markmywords09 that is awesome! I am veterinarian for a lot of reasons but mostly because I just feel better. :) Im all about the lifestyle activities walking and biking. I don’t drive and public transportation can be a hassle (I live in a mid-sized city) so Ive taken to biking and walking more now that it is nice out. Just do simple things like use your car less and take the stairs when you can… I know this sounds so cliche but it is a good start. :)
I LOVE WORKING OUT! It really got fun after I starting thinking about what my body is gonna look like when I reach my goals. I want a six pack (ALMOST THERE) and bulging biceps and better toned pecs. I already look good without much effort so i’m just all about polishing wat i already have. I think if u play rave music it’ll be fun. make up ur own regiment cuz workout vids did absolutely nothing for me except for making fun of the speaker and their cheesy jokes lol. Good luck workin out man!
@Joshin314 Yeah I am vegetarian already. Going on about 6+ months now. :)
Never seen you shirtless, but I think you DO look healthy !
I think your hot anyways but good luck
I’ll do it if you do it! I really do need to do it as well.
I totally suck at working out too ): *Sad face*
@markmywords09 Yoga is great it tones you like you almost wouldn’t believe and makes you more flexible. I didn’t know you were a vegetarian, or were you just saying you could consider trying vegetarian and that vegan would be too much?
Yes! perfect timing, I’ve recently joined the gym here and need to kept accountable for going! game on people!!
Like you, I don’t enjoy working out. Two things I did were 1) swim laps* in the pool used for diving for 30 minutes a day, or 2) work up to 6 sets of 20 crunches**. Not only do you tone your abs (which I find easier than making pecs look toned) you get the side muscles where one typically finds love handles. I prefere the swimming ‘cuz I don’t feel weak/exhausted afterwards.
*swimming freestyle **left elbow to right knee, traditional sit-up, right elbow to left knee, repeat
A lot of gyms have 30 day free membership trial. You could try and find one. Then, see if there is someone there at the same time as you that you could buddy up with for workouts. I know I can’t do the gym thing without a partner to keep me going. Otherwise, you could get weights/equipment at home and find a time you and Bobby can do it together.
I just hate being stuck in a room just working out. I get out and run or bike. I bought a nice mountain bike to ride, thought i would ride it on weekends etc. Turns out I really like it and ride everyday.
Personally, I find that playing music that makes me want to move is usually enough motivation to get me moving (whether it be walking, running, or, perhaps, dancing). Finding something that motivates you and makes the exercise seem fun (even when you’re alone) is the key to making it one of your “good” habits.
why do gay guys and americans care about “swim suit season,” in other countries u know we try to be healthy all year round i guess thats why we all dont die from fatness in europe,i dont get americans they are weird….no gay marriage,u have to pay for healthcare and u have to pay for healthcare and u pay a shit load of taxes, more than a lot of the small europe nations.DONT GET IT
Curse you, youngster! To those of us who are middle aged, you already look like you’re in great shape! Maybe you should show us…. .^)
what about doing group sports like tennis, badminton or biking? More fun that sitting inside excersizing?
Keep experimenting until you find something you like and a time you like to do it. Mine ended up being speed walking while listening to my ipod. Also, a set of weights will cost you less in the long run than a gym membership if you are sure you won’t go to the gym, plus you can share them.
You know, instead of worrying about the gym, maybe you could do some of the best exercise there is like walking, swimming, and hiking. These are activities that would get you outside and you don’t need any machines. It might be cheaper too.
what about some type of dance? it keeps you in shape and it’s probably fun.
try scotthermanfitness
he has a lot of youtube vids for workout
OMG love the glasses you look totally adorable
Good idea: when you’re working out, imagine yourself after few weeks of exercises. It can be really motivating. Hope it will help :)
There’s a snowball’s chance in hell I would go vegan, or even vegetarian!
If you want to try either of those, be my guest, but my advice to you is just start of doing simple things like walking places or taking the stars then build yourself up to serious things exercises.
