    hi…. what happens is the everybody has different metabolism , and some people have thyroid problems and this is very hard to control , it is not easy at all . thats why lots of people including my self have this kind of problem with weight gain . Also he may not do any exercise because … who knows .. may be some physical impediment issue , but these are things for why he doesn’t have a six pack

    I live in Europe and sometimes when I see Americans around I can’t believe how could they put their bodies in such a condition (I’m talking about those with obesity). This is not a regular obesity, their fat is like a jelly or sth, they look different than fat people from Europe.     The body makes fat to protect against toxins if they can’t be removed right a way(half life process). e.g meat-dairy (uric acid etc)/ most heavy metals like mercury..that’s why you don’t see a fat vegetarian or vegan less they’re toxifed by heavy metals(fillings), alcohol, hold a horrible fast food diet, or lying.

    This is so true. I lost weight. I eat oats, yogurt and whole bread with peanuts better at the morning. I also eat whole pasta, brown rice, fruits, vegetables and not so much meat. Eat real things and avoid process food. Drink water as you want. It is mostly that.
